October 6, 2007 (Saturday) - Creek Cleanup

9 AM - 1 PM,   Johnson-Taylor Nature Preserve 

Meet at the park entrance at the corner of Beech Valley Road and Pasadena Drive (off Johnson Road).

We will mulch trails, pick up trash, and perform other park maintenance tasks.

Wear old clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting wet or muddy.  Long pants are recommended.

Bring (not essential, but useful if you have it):

          Bottled water

          Work gloves

          Shovels, rakes

          Waterproof footwear

September 17, 2007 (Monday) - Meeting

6:30 PM, Taylor Park entrance kiosk

The RCWA steering committee will meet to tour the park, discuss issues, and plan the creek cleanup.  Anyone is welcome to participate.  Mosquito repellent recommended.
